Led by an ethos of interdependence and born from a shared need to uplift Asian communities, Baesianz organises multidisciplinary events including exhibitions, film screenings, solidarity fundraisers, workshops, radio shows, artist residencies, and audio-visual performances. The collective includes Baesianz Adventure Club, an outdoor space for women, trans and non-binary people of Asian heritage.
